1. About these terms

15991722 CANADA INC. operates localpolar.com under the LocalPolar brand. These terms describe use of the website, accounts and project-request features. Contact support@localpolar.com with questions about the website or a project.

Project-specific scope, responsibilities, arrangements and payment terms are set out in the relevant quote and any other agreement for the work. Read those documents before accepting. These website terms do not, by themselves, specify the complete agreement for a particular job.

2. Submitting a request

The service catalog helps you describe the work you want to discuss. A listed service, submitted request or customer reference is not a guarantee of availability, a confirmed appointment or an agreement to carry out work. The scope and arrangements must be discussed and confirmed for the particular project.

Provide accurate contact and project details, and explain any access restrictions or known conditions relevant to the work. Submit a request only if you are authorized to request the work or to act for the relevant owner or customer. The website request form and messages are not monitored as an emergency service.

3. Accounts and private project access

Use an email address you control and keep your password and verification links private. Do not share an account, impersonate another person or attempt to access another customer's records. Email verification is required for supported private project features.

Tell us promptly if you believe an account is compromised. Access may be restricted to protect customers, investigate misuse or address a security problem. Account closure or restricted access does not automatically erase records that remain needed for the project or other applicable obligations.

4. Photos, comments and messages

Only submit material you own or have permission to share. Do not upload unlawful, misleading or abusive material, other people's sensitive information, payment-card details or content unrelated to the project. Photos and comments should explain the work rather than expose unnecessary personal details.

You retain rights you have in your submitted material. By providing it for a project, you allow it to be stored, processed and shared with authorized people as needed to handle that project, operate the service and keep relevant records, as described in the Privacy Policy. This is not permission to use your project photos in public marketing without a separate agreement.

Messages and document actions form part of the project record. Check information before submitting it. If a message is wrong, send a correction rather than assuming the original can be removed. The record supports communication but is not a guarantee that every issue or misunderstanding has been resolved.

5. Quotes, acceptance and invoices

Review the description, quantities, amounts, taxes, validity period and terms shown in a quote. Ask about anything unclear before accepting. Accepting or declining through your account records your response, name, time and the document version involved. Retain a copy of the issued document for your records.

An invoice records amounts requested for the relevant work. Payment methods, due dates and any other project-specific conditions must be checked on the issued documents and applicable agreement. The website currently has no integrated payment-card checkout. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords or other sensitive payment credentials through project messages or photos.

Work may involve people or service providers assigned to the project. Confirm the parties and responsibilities for the work in the project-specific documents rather than assuming every catalog entry has identical arrangements.

6. Changes, cancellations and concerns

Contact support@localpolar.com or use the project conversation to discuss changes, cancellation or concerns as soon as they arise. Do not assume an additional task, different material or changed date is included in an earlier agreement.

Any effect on scope, timing or charges should be clarified and recorded. Cancellation, refund and remedy questions depend on the applicable project agreement and rights that apply to the situation. These website terms do not impose a universal cancellation fee or remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Acceptable website use

Do not attempt to bypass authentication, interfere with the service, upload malicious files, send spam or misuse request, messaging or email features. Do not collect other people's information through unauthorized access or use automated tools that disrupt normal operation.

Respect the website's branding and content and the rights of other people. Permission to use the website is not ownership of the LocalPolar name, logo or original website material. Third-party materials remain subject to their own rights and permissions.

8. Website information and availability

Website descriptions help you plan a request; they are not a substitute for confirming the conditions and requirements of your specific property or job. We may correct information or change available request options. Keep important project documents and contact us if information appears wrong.

Online features may be unavailable during maintenance or an interruption. If a submission result is uncertain, use the same request attempt or contact us before sending multiple new requests. These terms do not promise uninterrupted website availability or a particular response time.

9. Privacy and communications

The Privacy Policy describes the information used to operate requests and accounts, essential cookies, project records, access and retention. Read it before supplying personal information. Project and account emails are distinct from any separate marketing preference.

Keep contact information current. An email delivery or read indicator does not, by itself, confirm that a person has understood or agreed to a message. Record important scope decisions clearly in the project conversation and documents.

10. Updates and contact

We may update these website terms for future use of the service. The date at the top identifies this version. Changing this page does not, by itself, rewrite an existing project agreement. Nothing here is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

For questions about these terms or a project, contact support@localpolar.com and include your customer reference when relevant.
