PLANNING THE DETAILS
Provide the make, model and year, along with any modifications or features that affect its size or ground clearance. State whether it starts, runs and can be moved normally, and mention known damage or other handling concerns. Do not assume a non-running vehicle or a modified vehicle can use the same loading arrangement as a standard running car. Those details need confirmation before transport is arranged.
Include both cities or communities and describe the proposed access points. Explain who can make the vehicle available at pickup and receive it at delivery, without sharing identification or key details in the initial form. Residential access, collection locations and any handover requirements should be discussed before assuming a particular pickup or delivery method is included.
Requests are not restricted to a published list of provinces, but each route, date and vehicle must be confirmed. Before booking, clarify who handles transport, the proposed handover process, condition records, timing and the terms that apply if an issue occurs. Ask about any applicable coverage and requirements rather than assuming a general household-moving arrangement covers the vehicle in the same way.
A CLEARER START
Provide the pickup and destination locations, preferred dates, make/model/year and whether the vehicle runs normally. Mention if this is separate from a household move. Share photos of condition concerns only where useful; avoid exposing registration, identity or finance documents.
You can attach up to six photos and add a comment to each one. Include a wide view for context and close-ups of the areas you want to discuss. Avoid including people, payment information or sensitive documents in your photos.
