Tell us which rooms need attention and whether you want a general clean or a more detailed task list. Kitchens and bathrooms often need specific instructions: explain whether the work includes inside cupboards, appliances, grout lines or hard-to-reach areas. Identify surfaces that require particular care and mention pets or access restrictions relevant to the work. Confirm individual tasks during the scope discussion.
For an upcoming move, include the handover date, property size and whether the space will be empty. List priorities such as cupboard interiors, appliance interiors, bathrooms and floors. If you have a landlord or property checklist, describe its relevant requirements without uploading documents containing other people's personal details. Cleaning arrangements do not guarantee a deposit outcome or an inspection result.
Renovation dust can affect several rooms even when the work was limited to one area. Explain what work took place, whether construction is finished and which surfaces need cleaning. Distinguish dust and surface cleaning from rubbish removal, paint removal or specialist treatment. Mention any unfinished surfaces or remaining tools so the requested cleaning can be planned around the actual condition of the space.
A CLEARER START
Provide an approximate floor area, room and bathroom count, the type of cleaning and your preferred timing. Photos can show areas of concern, but remove personal papers and valuables from view. Do not include door codes or key locations in the initial request.
You can attach up to six photos and add a comment to each one. Include a wide view for context and close-ups of the areas you want to discuss. Avoid including people, payment information or sensitive documents in your photos.
