PLANNING THE DETAILS
Include the approximate property size, bedroom and bathroom count, and the rooms you want cleaned. Identify priorities such as kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors or dusting. Tasks inside cupboards or appliances should be stated separately rather than assumed to be part of a general visit. Explain any surfaces that need particular care and distinguish your essential tasks from optional extras.
Tell us about relevant access restrictions, pets and any rooms that should not be entered. State whether someone will be home and whether building or parking arrangements need to be considered. Keep personal papers, valuables and medications out of the areas being photographed. Detailed entry instructions, door codes and key locations should be shared only through an appropriate confirmed arrangement, not in the initial public request.
For a one-time visit, explain why it is needed and any fixed timing requirement. For recurring cleaning, describe the frequency and preferred days without treating the request as an established schedule. Confirm the task list, access, supplies or equipment arrangements and how changes will be handled. If the property is empty after a move or dusty after renovation, mention that so the scope is not mistaken for routine occupied-home cleaning.

Provide the property type, approximate size, room count, task priorities and preferred timing or frequency. Include photos only if they help explain a specific concern. Mention pets, sensitive surfaces and access restrictions without including unnecessary personal details.
