If the work may affect connections, shared features or areas beyond the unit, mention that explicitly so responsibilities and any relevant requirements can be discussed before the scope is agreed.
Tell us whether you own the unit or are requesting work with the appropriate authorization. Include known building-management requirements, permitted work hours and any arrangements needed for the proposed changes. Do not assume a request confirms permission from a landlord, building manager or other relevant party. Clarify those arrangements and the scope of authorized work before committing to a schedule.
Explain the floor level, elevator arrangements, loading areas and distance from the unloading point to the unit. Mention material deliveries, removal of old materials and any restrictions affecting common areas. Also say whether the unit will remain occupied. Those practical details help distinguish the work inside the home from the access and handling arrangements needed to carry it out.

Include the unit type, room list, photos, approximate dimensions and known building rules or access limits. In the request form, choose Condo Renovation or Apartment Renovation to match your project. Provide a summary of permissions and requirements without uploading unrelated tenancy or personal documents.
You can attach up to six photos and add a comment to each one. Include a wide view for context and close-ups of the areas you want to discuss. Avoid including people, payment information or sensitive documents in your photos.
